We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, company name, company information, brand kit notes, project goals, requested features, uploaded files, comments, task information, approval responses, and support communications.

We may also collect basic technical information related to your use of the service, such as login activity, browser information, device information, IP address, page activity, error logs, and security-related records.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve GOSOPRO services, review account requests, create and manage workspaces, communicate about projects, manage tasks and approvals, deliver support, organize files and brand assets, send service notifications, protect account security, and operate internal business workflows.

4. SMS and Text Message Communications

If you choose to opt in to SMS notifications, GOSOPRO may send text messages about account requests, workspace updates, project updates, tasks, files, approvals, support replies, reminders, and related service notifications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out of future SMS messages or HELP for help. You may also turn SMS notifications off in your GOSOPRO account or workspace notification settings when available.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information only as needed to operate GOSOPRO, provide services you request, communicate with you, maintain security, comply with law, process hosting, email, SMS, analytics, storage, or similar operational services, or support a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Service providers may only use information as needed to provide services to GOSOPRO and must not use mobile opt-in information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

If you upload brand kits, logos, images, documents, project files, or company information, we use that content to provide requested services, prepare your workspace, support project workflows, manage approvals, and complete related GOSOPRO work.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security, but we work to protect account, workspace, project, and communication data from unauthorized access, misuse, or loss.

8. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, manage projects, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, improve the platform, and support business operations. We may delete or archive information when it is no longer needed.

9. Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of certain information by contacting GOSOPRO. You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. You may opt out of certain service communications where the platform provides settings to do so. Some operational or security communications may still be necessary to provide the service.

10. Children's Privacy

GOSOPRO is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
