1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of GOSOPRO, including request access forms, workspaces, files, tasks, approvals, comments, notifications, project communications, and related services. By using GOSOPRO, you agree to these Terms.

2. GOSOPRO Services

GOSOPRO provides workspace, project, media, marketing, content, file, task, approval, and communication tools. Services may include account request review, workspace setup, project planning, content workflows, brand asset organization, client communication, and related business support.

3. Account Requests and Workspaces

Submitting an account request does not guarantee approval, account creation, workspace access, or service availability. GOSOPRO may approve, reject, archive, or request more information for any account request or workspace request.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account, workspace details, and contact information current.

4. User Content and Files

You may submit company information, brand kits, logos, images, files, comments, project goals, approvals, and other content. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content and allow GOSOPRO to use it to provide requested services and operate related workflows.

You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of content you provide.

5. SMS/Text Message Terms

Program name: GOSOPRO SMS Notifications.

If you opt in to SMS notifications, GOSOPRO may send text messages about account requests, workspace updates, project updates, tasks, files, approvals, support replies, reminders, and related service notifications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to submit an account request or purchase services.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may receive one final confirmation message after opting out. For help, reply HELP or contact GOSOPRO at ty@goso.pro.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse GOSOPRO, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful content, violate intellectual property rights, abuse communication features, or use the service for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.

7. Third-Party Services

GOSOPRO may use third-party services for hosting, email, SMS, storage, authentication, analytics, payment, file management, and other operational needs. Your use of those features may also be subject to third-party terms and policies.

8. Service Availability

GOSOPRO may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. No Professional Guarantee

GOSOPRO may provide strategy, media, marketing, website, content, or project support, but results are not guaranteed. You remain responsible for business decisions, approvals, publishing decisions, legal compliance, and final use of materials.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, GOSOPRO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

GOSOPRO may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create security risk, fail to pay agreed fees, or use the service in a way that may harm GOSOPRO, its users, or its systems.

12. Privacy

Your use of GOSOPRO is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date. Continued use of GOSOPRO after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
